FBI Warns Against Continued Election Scams

The FBI is warning about scams preying on last-minute excitement surrounding today’s elections.      
One involves fake campaign investment pools, where scammers promise returns on contributions after the candidate wins.      
Another scam involves impostors posing as Political Action Committees, tricking people into donating only to keep the funds for themselves.      
There’s also a merchandise scam where fake companies sell campaign gear but never deliver.      
Finally, a voter registration scam involves fake texts or emails claiming recipients aren’t registered, leading them to a fake website that steals their info.
